2017 M&RI Partners Meeting Presentations

The global Measles and Rubella Initiative meeting was held in Washington DC on 7th and 8th Sept. 2017. The meeting which was hosted by American Red Cross was attended by the core MRI partners; WHO, UNICEF, CDC, UNF and American Red Cross. Other attendees included GAVI, International Pediatric Association, Donors, Volunteers, Industries and Individual highly technical measles and rubella consultants. The presentations cut across different aspects of the MRI strategies and challenges.
The keynote address by Dr. Alan Hinman was quite interesting providing the possibilities of measles eradication.
